ALS Limited invites its shareholders to the 73rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) set for 31 July 2024, offering both in-person attendance in Brisbane and online participation via Lumi AGM platform. Shareholders will deliberate on key resolutions, including the election of Erica Mann as a director, the adoption of the remuneration report, adjustments to director fees, and the award of performance rights to the CEO. Voting can be done at the meeting or beforehand through a proxy, with results to be announced on the ASX.
