Alps Alpine Divests Power Inductor Business

Alps Alpine Co (JP:6770) has released an update.

Alps Alpine Co., Ltd. has made a strategic decision to transfer its power inductor business to Delta Electronics (Japan), Inc. as part of an absorption-type demerger, expected to take effect from January 6, 2025.
