Matthew M. Partridge, a key financial executive, will step down from his roles at Alpine Income Property Trust and CTO Realty Growth, effective April 1, 2024. His departure is not due to any disagreements with the companies’ operations or financial practices. In the meantime, he will continue in his current capacity while CTO looks for his successor, who will also handle the financial operations of Alpine Income Property Trust. The company has publicly announced Partridge’s resignation to keep stakeholders informed.
