Alphawave IP Group PLC has announced that its Independent Non-Executive Director, Michelle Senecal de Fonseca, is set to join GB Group plc as an Independent Non-Executive Director on May 1, 2024. In her new role at GB Group, she will serve on the Audit & Risk, Remuneration, and Nomination committees.
