Alphabet Appoints Anat Ashkenazi as New CFO with Major Compensation Package

Alphabet Class A (GOOGL) has shared an update.

Alphabet Inc. has announced the appointment of Anat Ashkenazi as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, starting July 31, 2024. Her compensation includes a $1 million annual salary, up to 200% of that as a bonus, a $9.9 million sign-on bonus, and substantial stock grants totaling $41.1 million with various vesting periods. Additionally, Alphabet will cover relocation expenses in line with company policy for executives.
