Alpha Partners Technology Merger Corp. held an extraordinary general meeting on January 29, 2024, where shareholders approved proposals to extend the deadline for the company to complete a business combination and to change the company’s name. With over 90% of the voting power present, the extension amendment proposal and name change proposal were both passed, while the adjournment proposal was not needed and therefore not presented, as the extension amendment had already achieved sufficient votes.
