Alpha HPA Limited has requested a trading halt for its securities on the ASX, effective immediately, until an impending announcement is made regarding a potential equity raising for its HPA First Project Stage 2 and the results of the Definitive Feasibility Study. The halt is to remain in place until the earlier of the resumption of normal trading on May 22, 2024, or the release of the announcement to maintain informed trading. The company has confirmed that there are no other known reasons that would warrant the denial of their request for the trading halt.
