Alpha Growth Plc Acquires Jeometri Insurance

Alpha Growth Plc (GB:ALGW) has released an update.

Alpha Growth Plc has announced the strategic acquisition of 93.36% of Jeometri Insurance Managers, a Guernsey-based regulated insurance manager specializing in the formation and management of insurance and reinsurance companies. The purchase for £449,321 will expand Alpha’s asset management services and is expected to complete in Q3 2024, subject to regulatory approval. This acquisition aligns with Alpha’s growth strategy and is set to leverage Jeometri’s expertise and network to enhance Alpha’s service offerings to its clients globally.
