Alpha FMC Plans to Go Private Post-Acquisition

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting PLC (GB:AFM) has released an update.

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting PLC, a leading consultancy in the financial services sector, has made its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ending 31 March 2024 available on its investor website. Shareholders have approved a final cash offer for the acquisition of the company by Actium Bidco, with an expected effective date of 19 August 2024, post which Alpha FMC will go private and delist from AIM. No Annual General Meeting will be held in 2024 if the acquisition proceeds as planned.
