Alpha FMC Chairman Acquires Shares from Spouse

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting PLC (GB:AFM) has released an update.

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting PLC has announced that Ken Fry, the Non-Executive Chairman, has received a transfer of 150,000 Ordinary Shares from his wife, Patricia Fry, at no cost. This transaction, dated 1 July 2024, does not affect Ken Fry’s overall interest in the company, which remains at 0.15% of total issued voting rights. The deal took place outside of a trading venue and is in line with UK Market Abuse Regulation disclosure requirements.
