Alpha Financial Markets Consulting PLC (Alpha FMC) has announced a block listing application to AIM, following shareholder approval for the acquisition by Actium Bidco, a subsidiary of Bridgepoint Advisers Limited. The listing involves nearly 2 million new ordinary shares to fulfill employee share plan commitments, with the shares expected to be equally ranked with existing ones and trading set to commence on August 13, 2024. Alpha FMC specializes in management consulting and technology for the financial services sector, with a global presence and around 1,000 consultants worldwide.
