Alpha Energy Holdings (SG:VVL) has released an update.
Alpha DX Group Limited, which is under judicial management, has announced its application for an extension of time to comply with several listing rules, including the announcement of its full-year financial statements for 2022 and 2023, holding of its respective annual general meetings, issuance of annual reports, and the submission of a resumption proposal, all to be extended up to 31st December 2024.
