Almaden Minerals Shareholders Approve Directors and Auditor

Almaden Minerals (TSE:AMM) has released an update.

Almaden Minerals Ltd. has successfully held its Annual General Meeting on June 26, 2024, with shareholders voting to set the number of directors at five and electing all nominated members, including Duane Poliquin, Morgan Poliquin, Alfredo Phillips, Kevin O’Kane, and Ria Fitzgerald. The appointment of Davidson & Company as the company’s auditor was also approved.
