Almacenes Éxito Unites Brands under Single Banner

Almacenes Exito SA Sponsored ADR (EXTO) has released an update.

Almacenes Éxito S.A. has announced the launch of a brand unification project, aiming to consolidate its various retail brands in Colombia under its flagship Éxito and Carulla names. The transition will be a medium-term effort, with plans to rebrand roughly 40 Surtimax, Super Inter, and Surtimayorista stores in 2024. The initiative will maintain the original store locations and staff while leveraging existing customer relationships.
