Alma Gold Inc. has announced an expansion of its non-brokered private placement offering, aiming to raise up to $300,000 through the issuance of 3,750,000 units at $0.08 each. These units include a common share and a purchase warrant, which allows buying an additional share at $0.10 within three years. The funding is intended for general working capital purposes, with the placement expected to close by September 20, 2024.
