AlloVir (ALVR) has issued an update.
AlloVir, Inc. has finalized a deal to exit their lease for a property in Waltham, MA, by agreeing to a $7 million termination payment to their landlord. The move, effective June 30, 2024, releases the company from any further rental obligations for the space spanning over 78,000 square feet across three floors. The lease originally began in September 2021 and this early termination reflects a strategic decision by AlloVir to cut ties with the premises.
