Alliant Energy (LNT) just unveiled an announcement.
John O. Larsen, the Executive Chairman of Alliant Energy and its affiliates, has announced his intention to retire by January 1, 2025. Following his retirement, he will transition to the role of non-employee Chairman of the Board for the companies, where he will be compensated in line with the current practices for non-employee directors, plus an additional $200,000 annual cash retainer for his chairmanship duties.
