Alliance Resource Management GP, LLC announced key changes to its leadership, with John H. Robinson set to retire from the board by year’s end, without any disagreements cited. Paul H. Vining, previously a consultant, steps up as the new lead director. Additionally, the Partnership declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.70 per unit, with further board reorganizations underway, including new appointments and promotions within the company’s executive team.
