Alliance Aviation Services Limited has encountered delays in their 2023 Aircraft Acquisition Programme, resulting in 7 of the planned 30 Embraer E190 jets being delivered by AerCap. Financially, Alliance has adjusted its settlement expectations to 12 aircraft by the end of 2024, with costs estimated between $128 million and $144 million. They have also secured funding through a renewed and upsized facility with ANZ Bank and a standby vendor financing commitment with AerCap, underlining their strong financial status and commitment to fleet ownership.
