Allegro Culture Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Chung Anita Mei Yiu and Ms. Sun Jing as non-executive Directors, effective 8 July 2024, alongside the resignation of Mr. Ng Wai Hung and Mr. Ma Fei from their director roles. The new appointees bring a wealth of experience, with Ms. Chung being a solicitor and Ms. Sun having a background in corporate investment and management. The changes also come with a restructuring of the company’s Remuneration Committee.
