Allegro Culture Limited, previously known as Kingkey Intelligence Culture Holdings Limited, has officially completed its name change registration in Hong Kong, with new share certificates to be issued under the new name while old certificates remain valid. The company’s stock short name on the Stock Exchange will also change to ‘ALLEGRO CULTURE’ from 28 June 2024, but the stock code ‘550’ will remain the same. Additionally, effective 24 June 2024, the firm’s website and contact email addresses will be updated to reflect the new corporate identity.
