Allegro Culture Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Chai from his roles as an independent non-executive Director and committees’ chairman, effective August 30, 2024, due to his other commitments. Ms. Yang will replace him, bringing her 15 years of experience in finance and accounting to the board. She’s appointed for a three-year term and will receive an annual director’s fee of HK$120,000.
