Allegra Orthopaedics Limited (AU:AMT) has released an update.

Allegra Innovations Pty Ltd has successfully made an unconditional off-market takeover bid to acquire all ordinary shares of Allegra Medical Technologies Limited, promising payment of $0.004 cash per share within 10 business days of acceptance. The offer comes after a series of supplementary bidder’s statements and amendments, with the latest update removing all outstanding conditions. Shareholders are urged to accept the offer promptly to realize cash value for their shares.
