Allegra Innovations Nears Total Acquisition of Allegra Medical

Allegra Orthopaedics Limited (AU:AMT) has released an update.

Allegra Innovations Pty Ltd has successfully acquired over 90% of Allegra Medical Technologies Limited shares, paving the way for a compulsory buy-out of the remaining shares. Allegra Innovations will soon begin the compulsory acquisition process and intends to delist Allegra Medical from the ASX following the completion of this process. Shareholders are encouraged to quickly accept the standing offer before it closes to expedite their cash payment, as delays will result in a longer wait for compensation.
