Allegra Director Completes Full Share Disposal

Allegra Orthopaedics Limited (AU:AMT) has released an update.

Sean Mulhearn, a director at Allegra Medical Technologies Ltd, has divested his entire holdings in the company, consisting of 444,444 direct and 444,444 indirect fully paid ordinary shares, at a price of $0.004 per share. The change in director’s interest, effective as of 29 August 2024, was a result of accepting Allegra Innovations Pty Ltd’s takeover offer, leaving him with no securities post-transaction.
