Allegra Director Adjusts Share Holdings

Allegra Orthopaedics Limited (AU:AMT) has released an update.

Peter Kazacos, a director at Allegra Medical Technologies Ltd, has altered his holdings in the company, disposing of 110,850 direct and 946,470 indirect shares at $0.004 each, following the acceptance of a takeover offer from Allegra Innovations Pty Ltd. Post-transaction, Kazacos retains an indirect interest in 184,592 ordinary shares.
