Craig Paterson, M.D. announced his retirement as Chief Medical Officer of Allakos Inc., effective February 9, 2024, without disagreements with the company. Chin Lee, M.D., M.P.H., with over 17 years of experience and a strong background in clinical research and development, will succeed him. Dr. Lee, who has held significant roles in various biopharmaceutical companies including Genentech and Eli Lilly, will bring his expertise in global regulatory filings and product commercialization to his new role at Allakos.
