Alkermes plc expanded its Board of Directors to eleven members and welcomed Nancy S. Lurker as a new director, with her term ending at the 2024 annual shareholders’ meeting. Ms. Lurker’s compensation will follow the guidelines outlined in the company’s definitive proxy statement, including equity grants and a cash retainer. She will also be indemnified under agreements similar to those filed with the SEC in 2020.
