Stephan D. Scholl is set to resign as CEO and board director of the Company once a successor is appointed. The transition is amicable, with no disputes over the Company’s operations, policies, or practices, and Scholl will maintain his roles during the search for his replacement. The announcement was made public on August 6, 2024.
