Alien Metals Ltd, a minerals exploration and development company, has announced the issuance of 6 million new shares to Independent Non-Executive Director, Ms Elizabeth Henson, in lieu of cash for director fees. The shares, priced at 0.20 pence each, will represent 0.21% of the enlarged share capital upon trading on AIM, expected to commence around July 11, 2024. This move is part of the company’s strategic initiatives, aiming to strengthen its focus on profitable iron ore operations and high-grade silver production.
