Alicanto Minerals Ltd. has launched a non-renounceable entitlement offer aiming to raise $1.6 million, allowing existing shareholders to purchase one new share at $0.013 each for every five shares owned by the record date of 26 June 2024. The offer, detailed in an information booklet on the ASX, may dilute the holdings of non-participating shareholders but is not expected to significantly alter control of the company.
