Alibaba Pictures Group Limited has entered into a Customer Services Framework Agreement with Ant Intelligence, a subsidiary of Ant Group, on September 30, 2024. This deal, which is set to last until March 31, 2027, involves Ant Intelligence procuring service providers to offer customer services to Alibaba Pictures, within set annual financial limits. Since Ant Group is a connected entity, these transactions fall under the reporting and annual review stipulations of the Listing Rules but do not require independent shareholder approval.
