Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. has announced new dividend rates for its Series D and Series E Preferred Shares. Series D shareholders can expect a fixed dividend rate of 6.853% for the next five years, while Series E shareholders will see a floating rate starting at 8.261% for the initial three-month period. Investors interested in converting their Series D shares must instruct their brokers by the March 18, 2024, deadline.
