Algernon Pharmaceuticals Launches Private Placement

Algernon Pharmaceuticals (TSE:AGN) has released an update.

Algernon Pharmaceuticals is raising $150,000 through a non-brokered private placement at $0.12 per unit, with each unit comprising a common share and a purchase warrant. The warrants allow holders to buy additional shares at $0.24 each within two years, subject to possible acceleration. The funds raised will be directed towards the company’s working capital.
