Albion VCT Executives Invest in Shares

Albion Development VCT (GB:AADV) has released an update.

Albion Development VCT PLC reported that two of its key management personnel, James Richard O’Shaughnessy and Benjamin Larkin, have participated in the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme by acquiring ordinary shares. The transactions, conducted on the London Stock Exchange, were priced at £0.935 per share, with O’Shaughnessy purchasing 940 shares and Larkin 15,215 shares on 30 September 2024.
