Albion Development VCT PLC has announced the issue of 601,452 new ordinary shares under its Dividend Reinvestment Scheme at a price of 93.51 pence each, with trading expected to start on the London Stock Exchange on October 1, 2024. The issuance will bring the company’s total capital to 167,999,646 ordinary shares, with 148,690,601 shares carrying voting rights after accounting for treasury shares.
