Albion Crown VCT PLC has announced the buyback and subsequent cancellation of 1,660,110 ordinary shares at 29.01 pence each, which constituted 0.55% of the company’s total voting rights prior to the transaction. Post-transaction, the company’s issued capital comprises 345,515,332 ordinary shares, with 299,727,340 shares carrying voting rights due to the treasury holding of 45,787,992 shares. This move may influence shareholders’ notifications regarding their interest in the company as per the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
