Albion Venture Capital (GB:AAVC) has released an update.
Albion Venture Capital Trust PLC has reported a decrease in shareholder value and net asset value per share for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024, with a total fund size reduction from £71 million to £62 million. Dividends paid per share have also slightly decreased compared to the previous year. The company has announced that its Annual General Meeting will take place virtually in September 2024.
