Albion Venture Capital Trust PLC has announced the buyback and cancellation of 784,186 ordinary shares at 41.59 pence each, amounting to 0.58% of their total voting rights. Post-transaction, the company’s total voting rights stand at 135,382,791, with 157,385,730 ordinary shares issued and 22,002,939 held in treasury.
