Alaska Energy Metals Corporation successfully completed its side car unit offering, generating $341,250 through the sale of 2,275,000 units at $0.15 each. The funds raised are earmarked for the Canwell prospect drilling at the Nikolai Nickel Project, metallurgical studies, working capital, and marketing. Each unit sold includes one share and a warrant to purchase an additional share at $0.20 within a three-year period.
