Akso Health Group has announced its upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) to be held on April 30, 2024, where shareholders will vote on key proposals including the appointment of directors, the ratification of the independent accounting firm, and a significant restructuring of share capital. Shareholders as of the record date, March 25, 2024, are eligible to vote and are encouraged to appoint a proxy if unable to attend. The AGM will also include the adoption of an amended memorandum and articles of association reflecting the changes to the share structure.
