Akora Resources Ltd. has announced an upcoming non-renounceable entitlement issue aiming to raise approximately $3 million by offering new shares to existing shareholders. Scheduled for 26 April 2024, shareholders will have the opportunity to purchase one new share for every five they own at a price of $0.15 each.
