Akora Resources Limited has announced the issuance of performance rights and shares to its directors and General Manager – Development as part of their remuneration and incentive plans, which were approved by shareholders at the recent Annual General Meeting. The company has issued a total of 4,000,000 performance rights and 100,000 shares, with vesting periods ranging from one to two years. Akora Resources has also confirmed compliance with regulatory requirements and disclosed that no ‘excluded information’ is required to be shared at this time.
