Aker ASA has announced the approval of its base prospectus by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority for the listing of two senior unsecured bond issues on the Oslo Børs, with values of NOK 1.25 billion and NOK 0.5 billion, maturing in 2029 and 2031 respectively.
