AJ BELL PLC (GB:AJB) has released an update.
AJ Bell PLC has announced that HR Director Liz Carrington and her associate Nicholas Carrington have each sold 15,000 of their ordinary shares in the company at prices slightly above £4.12 per share. Following these transactions, Liz Carrington retains a stake of 0.139% in the company. The sales were conducted on the London Stock Exchange on July 18, 2024.
