A.I.S. Resources Limited has entered into an option agreement with American Salars Lithium Inc. for the Candela II Lithium Brine Project in Argentina, with the potential for American Salars to gain 100% ownership. The project boasts an inferred resource of 457,000 tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent, with current market prices over CAD $22,000 per tonne. Under the agreement, American Salars will make payments and share issuances to Spey Resources Argentina S.A., in which AIS holds a 20% interest.
