Airtel Africa Plc has announced the vesting of shares for top executives under its Long-Term Incentive Plan. Both the outgoing CEO, Olusegun Ogunsanya, and Group CFO, Jaideep Paul, received significant shares amounting to 1,043,421 and 625,354 respectively, at no cost on 28 June 2024. This move reflects the company’s commitment to aligning the interests of its leadership with those of its shareholders.
