Airtel Africa Concludes $100 Million Share Buy-Back

Airtel Africa Plc has successfully completed its $100 million share buy-back program, purchasing a total of 68,834,800 shares at an average price of 112.30 pence. On October 28, 2024, the company bought 855,842 shares, which will be canceled, thus reducing its issued share capital.
