Airtel Africa Plc (GB:AAF) has released an update.
Airtel Africa’s CFO, Jaideep Paul, has sold a portion of his shares in the company, totaling 884,420 Ordinary Shares at a price of £1.201637 each, to fund a property purchase. Post-transaction, Paul’s remaining stake in the company consists of 1,318,654 Ordinary Shares. Airtel Africa is known for its telecommunications and mobile money services across 14 African countries.
