Airtel Africa, a prominent telecommunications and mobile money service provider in 14 African countries, has announced the grant of share awards to its top executives under the Airtel Africa Long-Term Incentive Plan. The Group’s CFO, Jaideep Kishore Paul, and CEO, Olusegun Ogunsanya, received various awards including Performance Share Awards, Restricted Share Awards, and Deferred Bonus Awards, which are set to vest over the next two to three years based on specific performance targets and conditions.
